HACKING NOMOR WA

Untuk menghindari yang merugikan diri kita perlu berhati hati memberikan nomor HP kepada orang yang kita tidak kenal, tidak ada keuntungan buat kita. Kunci Utama adalah jangan sekali kali memberi nomor konfirmasi yang terdiri dari 6 digit. Baik yang diminta via FB, messenger, SMS dll. Sekali  nomor konfirmasi diberikan maka ybs akan melakukan :
1. Menggunakan foto dan nama kita untuk minta duit dari kontak kita.
2. Bisa mengacak acak dan mengendalikan grup WA kita,

Peristiwa ini saya alami hari ini, tgl 28 Mei 2019. Ternyata juga dialami banyak teman lain dengan berbagai kasus :
1. Nama saya dipakai untuk transfer ke Bank BNI. So far belum ada korban.

2. Ada yang kena tipu Rp 4 juta

3. Ada beberapa Kepala Desa yang kena di Sumatera

4. Ada yang bertahan tidak mau memberi konfirmasi 6 digit.

Kasus ini saya tulis agar pembaca hati  hati.Beruntung banyak teman teman yang support untuk melaporkan ke Polisi atau langsung ke Bank. Serta ramai ramai melaporkan hacker tsb ke Facebook.

Netizen kondang di jagad medsos kini ramai menggunjingkan soal kekisruhan yg terjadi di sebuah FB grup, antara seseorang yg ngakunya juga netizen, dgn puluhan members FB grup tsb.

Kikisruhan tsb membuat pro kontra yg mengeras. Dan sialnya, hal itu dibiarkan bgtu saja oleh sosok yg mengaku netizen tsb, bahkan dia malah sibuk bermain " playing victim", untuk menutup banyak kebusukan yg dialamatkan ke dirinya..

Suatu sore, di paviliun samping teras Istana Negara, sejumlah netizen kondang sambil menunggu kendaraan jemputannya, terlihat sedang tertawa terkekeh kekeh bersama saat ngeriung membahas kehebohan dan kisruh yg trjadi di FB grup dangdutbrrooot tsb.. Para netizen tsb, memang rutin dipanggil ke Istana, sekedar untuk diajak makan siang oleh Presiden. Kedekatan Presiden dgn mereka bukan rahasia umum lagi. Presiden bangga punya loyalis2 tulus seperti mereka, yg aktif menulis pencapaian2 kerja pemerintahan secara obyektif, kritis dan konstruktif, tanpa pernah sedikitpun berharap balas jasa dari Presiden dalam bentuk apapun. Artinya, integritas dan kredibilitas para netizen tsb, sudah ditelisik secara mendalam oleh lingkungan Istana, sbg sosok yg bermoral bersih, selaras kata dan perbuatan, dan tdk ada rekam jejak skandal dlm bisnis dan skandal yg terkait mata keranjang dgn perempuan2..

Berikut cuplikan ngerumpinya para netizen yg diakui integritasnya oleh Presiden tsb.. :

Kang Haji: " Bro.. Pakde tadi itu kok beberapa kali bilang bhw beliau tidak suka dgn penulis2 di medsos yang selalu pamer dirinya hebat dan ahli dlm banyak hal bgtu yaaa.. Padahal kita2 ini kan netizen pilihan yg udh ke uji integritas kita.. Nah abdi teh, kalo nulis gak pernah tuh mengambil posisi sbg manusia paling bijak gt kan..?"

Ada Armandaga: " Iyaa yaa.. Pakde tumben byk bicara soal itu tadi.. Saya aja td jg terpaksa nahan untuk gak ngakak dihadapan Presiden, ketika belio nyaranin gak usah umbar2 kesombongan sbg sesama anak bangsa.. Kalo gak bisa membuktikan diri hebat dan bersih di dunia nyata, gak usah selalu menulis menjadi manusia sok bijak ke khalyak dumay.. Saya kok jd ngerasa itu blio tujukan ke oknum si bb itu kali ya? Yg lg berantem dgn membersnya itu?"

Tanggapan Ade Armandaga ini disampaikannya sambil nyengir ngeledek ke arah si ucok yg duduk disebelahnya..
Sambil ngakak si ucok bilang, :

Desi Siragura:"Ah.. Abang ini meliriknya ke awak pula rupanya.. Bukan awak itu bang yg dimaksudkan pakde.. Awak menduga itu ke si oknum 3 jam itu kek nyaa.." balas si ucok Desi terpingkal pingkal. Nampak potongan2 tahu isi muncrat dari mulut si ucok saking gelinya..

" Geeeeerr... Hahahahahahahahaha....." semuanya terpingkal pingkal dgn celutukan si ucok soal 3 jam itu.. Suasana mereka yg agak ramai tsb, membuat sejumlah petugas Paspamres yg berdiri gak jauh dari mereka jg trrlihat senyum2 sambil geleng2 kepala...

Sambil meluruskan kaca matanya yg miring krn terttawa lebar, Prof Simanto berujar:

Prof Simanto Qurtubuku: " Si oknum itu kedok nya kebongkar juga yaa.. Dia terlalu memaksakan diri sih.. Copas sana copas sini, lalu diracik halus menjadi sebuah untaian cerita pendek atau fragmen, seolah olah dia mngalami sendiri karangan abal2 yg dia tulis itu.. Akhirnya dia kejebak dgn opininya sendiri dan itu memang memalukan sih ..."

" Ahaaay... kawan itu rupanya ngebet banget untuk diakui pakde sbg satu tim dgn kita yaa.. Pura2 nyanjung prestasi pakde, tp yg ditonjolkan adl kepintaran dirinya dlm hal pembiayaan pembangunan.. Menonjolkan dirinya seakan akan dia pakar keuangan hebat dgn jaringan bisnis hebat di dunia internasional..padahal setauku dari kawan2 di medsos, sehari hari nya hidup doi kw8, jauh dari gaya hidup orang sukses yg secured hidupnyaa.."

" Bokisnya kegedean yaa tuh orang.." sahut Ade Armandaga berpangku tangan menyeringai sambil menggoyang2 kaki kanannya.

" Saya gak nyangka lho, dia menyalah gunakan kepercayaan members di FB grup tertutupnya itu, u dikibul2in spt itu. Dia gak hanya pamer diri lho sbg ahli keuangan internasional agar dilirik pakde, tapi jg memaksa kan membersnya u ikut bisnis yg dia tawarkan. Bagi yg menolak dan mengkritisi ketidakwajaran rencana bisnisnya itu adl rawan Fraud atau malpraktek dlm bisnis, buru2 dia kick sbg members di grup FB nya dia, dan diblokir akunnyaa. Saya aja yg jelas2 resmi adl owner situs Siwol dgn jutaan pembaca setia setiap hari, gak kepikiran u memaksa pembaca saya dlm berbisnis apapun. Laah dia cuma nebeng di medianya Mark Zuckerberg gt aja, kok bgtu diktatornya melebihi dari yg punya.. Sebuah kesombongan yg tdk pantas untuk dipamerkan, apalagi ditiru. Dan ironisnya msh banyak kalangan terpelajar di dlm FB grup pesakitan dia itu, hingga kini tak bisa lepas dari pengaruh "hypnowriting" nya dia." Alof begitu berapi api menyampaikan pendapatnya.

"Makanya awak bikin status kmrn itu di wall pribadi awak, bukan di Fanpage... untuk nyindir oknum itu..Awak bilang kan, awak ndak mau lah bikin2 FB grup kyk oknum itu.. Takut rusak integritas awak..takut pula nama grupnya berubah nama nanti menjadi Berantem Dengan Desi..."

"Ggeeerr.. Bwahahaahahaahaha.." kembali pecah tawa derai mereka..

" Lae ku ini lucu kalipun hari ini.. Berantemnya bisa 3 jam gak nih..?" tukas Brijaldo Simacan tertawa lebar sambil memegang perut saking menahan gelinya...

Setelah gelak tawa mereka reda, kini giliran Eki Kuntucky angkat bicara..

" Saya sejak lama udh menyimak tulisan2 aneh dan alay oknum itu dari SS sejumlah teman yg ada di grup dia itu. Mereka minta pendapat saya soal kebenaran kepakaran oknum itu dlm bid makro ekonomi dan bisnis keuangan. Saya jwb, disimak aja terus.. Gak lama lagi siapa dia sesungguhnya akan keungkap dgn sendirinya kok... Benar kan? Akhirnya belang2 kenaifan dia mulai terbongkarkan skrg? "

" Iyaa yaa.. Sepandai2nya tupai melompat sesekali jatoh juga akhirnya.." kata Kang Haji membenarkan kesimpulan sahabatnya Eki tadi..

" Dan lagian gaya dia mengadopsi banyak sumber dalam tulisannya tanpa dia sebutkan sumbernya drmana, itu jelas sikap tidak beretika.. Aya2 wae tuh orang.. Masa sih dia menggurui ekonom2 berkaliber dunia spt Doktor SMI dan Kepala Bappenas, Prof Doktor Bambang..? Tamat dari perguruan tinggi manapun dia gak jelas kan.. Laah, aneh aja jk dia merasa lbh mumpuni dari teknokrat2 yg dipilih secara ketat o pakde.. " tambah Eki Kuntucky memperjelas pandangannya..

" Watak orang tanpa malu spt itu menurut saya sudah bisa dinilai sbg orang yg dikendalikan oleh superegonya. Dia terlalu pandai bersilat lidah ditengah kerumunan orang2 yg terkunci nalar akademisnya.." kata Prof Simanto mengakhiri ngerumpian para netizen kondang tsb. Mereka kemudian berdiri dari bangkunya, dan berjalan bergegas ke arah sebuah mobil Toyota Velfire warna putih serie terbaru bertuliskan Siwol.com pada bagian tengah badan kanan mobil..

Disaat yg sama di tempat terpisah...

" Yooooop... Gadung abis.. Gadung abiis.." teriak kondektur Metromini jurusan Senen PuloGadung yg bergelantungan di pintu belakang..

Sejumlah penumpang yg tersisa bergegas turun...

Namun seorang pria tua nampak masih duduk tertidur di pojok bangku paling belakang. Terlihat dahinya penuh keringat, dan kaos kerah lusuh yg membungkus badan bagian atasnya jg terlihat lepek krn keringat..

Sang kondektur lalu datang menghampiri untuk membangunkannya.. Sambil menepuk nepuk bahunya, kondektur itu berkata:

" Pak tua... Sudahilah mimpimu.. Bangun... Bangun.. Udh sampai Gadung ini.." teriak kondektur itu setengah berteriak.

Pak Tua terbangun seketika. Matanya melotot dan menghardik kondektur yg membangunkan mimpinya td sambil berdiri:

" Apa kau bilang, saya gadungan? Waah kurang ajar sekali kau.. Saya ini bukan gadungan.. Saya ini pengusaha besar, saya ini pengusaha tulen, kau fitnah pula saya sbg pengusaha gadungan yaa..? Mana Istana Negara.. Dmn Istana.. ? Saya tadi lg ramai diperbincangkan banyak orang di dekat Istana.." ujar Pak Tua setengah teriak juga sambil kepalanya menoleh kekiri dan kekanan tampak linglung keheranan..

"Waah.. Pak Tua, kau ini tampaknya ngigo di siang hari bolong. Aku ndak bilang kau gadungan atau pengusaha gadungan tadii. Aku tadi bilang bis nya udah sampai di Gadung, Pulo Gadung.. Artinya kau sdh sampai dan bangunlah kau dari mimpi buruk kau itu. Turunlah kau, daripada kau ku sepak pula nanti dari bis ini... Sudah pula kau ngigo gak karuann...eeeh pakek fitnah aku pula kau. Bengak kalipun kau... Cepaat turun kataku..!!! bentak kondektur yg mulai naik pitam atas ulah Pak Tua yg sdg linglung itu ..

Gak lama kemudian, Pak Tua perlahan bergerak ke arah pintu dgn raut muka ketakutan,, krn sang kondektur yg marah tsb...

Dengan sekali lompatan kaki kirinya, Pak Tua selamat sampai di Pulo Gadungg..

MOLO HOLONG ROHA

KENDARAAN RODA 2 MELAWAN ARUS, BUKTI CERMINAN BUDAYA BANGSA

Ketertiban lalu lintas disuatu Negara merpakan cerminan budaya penduduk Negara setempat serta tidak berfungsinya penegakan hukum, khususnya polisi lalu lintas.

Sudah menjadi pemandangan umum di Ibukota jika kendaraan roda 2 (dua) dengan entengnya melanggar lalu lintas, memilih arus berlawanan. Sipengendara memilih melawan arus menghindari kemacetan atau menghindari putaran, u turn yang relatif jauh. Tindakan yang melanggar aturan lalu lintas ini tidak hanya membahayakan diri sendiri tetapi juga membahayakan pengendara lain dan pejalanan kaki.

Kelakuak tidak taat aturan ini adalah cermin budaya suatu bangsa yang tidak taat hukum sekaligus polisi lalu lintas tidak berfungsi. Polisi lalu lintas tidak berada di jalan tetapi berada di belakang meja, mengurusi administrasi.


Media TV ataupun koran banyak memberitakan kendaraan yang melawan arus di Ibukota dan ditonton diseluruhh Tanah air. Akibatnya sifat buruk ini juga ditiru dikota lainnya. Dan polisi lalu lintas membiarkannya berlangsung terus dan akan ditiru oleh generasi yang lebih muda.

Banyak masyarakat yang menentang sifat egois pengendara tersebut diatas seperti beberapa orang yang demo. Ada lagi anak SD di Semarang yang justru menghalangi sepeda motor yang naik trotoar dengan sepedanya. Anak SD ini kemudian mendapat penghargaan dari Walikota Semarang.

Saya berpuluh kali bepergian ke Amerika Serikat bahkan tinggal selama 6 bulan, melihat tertibnya Lalu lintas disana. Di malam larutn kami pernah keluar rumah. Anak saya stop diperempatan pada hal tidak sebuah kendaraan yang melintas. Saya bertanya :"Kenapa stop ?". Anak saya bilang, begitualah kebiasaan atau kebudayaan disana. Memang disetiap simpang ada rambu lalu lintas bertulis STOP.

Kita harus malu dengan tertibnya Negara tetangga seperti Singapura dan Malaysia yang berbudaya. Tegorlah mereka yang melawan arus, menasehati anak anak sendiri agart tidak meniru hal itu.
Bagi Polisi Lalu Lintas, itu tugas Anda untuk menertibkannya. Karena daerah/lokasi yang sring terjadi mudah diidentifikasi

SUCCESS, LOVE AND PASSION ON YOUR JOB

                 In Banking seminar @ Manila

In a Corporate or in the developing countries, every personnel hired, based on their skill, experiences and education background. But in a family own company or in under develop countries, every personnel ajust them self to what job they were assigned, beyond skill, education and experiences. In some cases we shouldn't stick to office hours, 8 to 5 but working late without extra payment. If necessary we take our assignment back home.

                      In church communities

If we love our job and be united our soul with all details of environment related, be sure our superiors will pay special attention to our performance and rewarded or promoted us accordingly. Beside, if we are trustworthy, then our boss will delegated greater responsibility to our shoulder.

IT Seminar @ Washington DC

When I was very young, 28, assigned as a rubber factory manager, my subordinates were 5 managers, 2 in their 50s and 3 above 30s. My background was graduated in Banking, nothing to do with laboratory, technical aspects. But I was involved in details of the production process how to mixing chemicals, how to ajust automatic drying process, calculated all costs, then finally succed to produce export quality goods.

Then when I switch my professional to Banking industry, once I was assigned as IT manager to lead many programmers and technicians. At the beginning I was blind how to operate Personal computer or Laptop. But my main task is how to start the project from the scratch including the software, pilot projects and finally install 1.200 unit across archipelago of Indonesia in 3 years time.

I made a mental switch from a true Banker to be a IT manager. I spend my time fully to learn everything related to IT, join the seminar in the country and abroad. Besides, I set up a Workshop for testing and repairing computers and related, back up by modern facilities to support the work.

Love and passion not only in the professional environment. In social communities we may share our ability to provide excellence services. In church services, as an elder, my capability in IT and in Finance may help to secure financial aspect of the congregation. The old manual system of accounting switch to computerization, so no more leaking in financial administration.

Love and passion of what we are doing absolutely will move us to a higher position in our professional job nor in social communities.

MY WISH, VISIT PEACEFUL VILLAGE WHERE, I WAS BORN

Rice field

If somebody ask me what do you wish most in your life for the next year  to come, 2014 ?. My answer is take two weeks holiday and visit my Village where I was born in North Sumatra province, Indonesia. To see green rice fields and take a bath in a cristal clear water, flow peacefully, where I used to in my childhood till basic school age.



Spend a night or two in the village where my extended relatives lived as the farmers or the rubber collectors for chit chat till midnight. Then visit my parent grave in the hill side of the main road, 23 kilometers out of Sibolga town, where I lived till teen age.

After pray beside the grave and say good bye, we proceed to Sibolga town where I was grow up in a very simple house and we kept that original as it was and sing the song for the sake of the old times.


Late in the afternoon, I will pedall my bike to the harbour, seated, wait for the saga red sunset with peanut fryed. I used to take my youngest sister and oldest nice in the back of my bike.


Then back home to the capital, Jakarta through a rock tunnel the only road on the way to Polonia airport, Medan city. Stop for a while to see spectacular panorama of Sibolga gulf 8 km away below.


 Good by my home town, I always missed you.

INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL LEVEL CLOSED FOR GOOD

National school students

Lightning over Jakarta sky in day light shock International schools in Indonesia Republic when January 9, 2013 Costitutional body decide that International school system in the Republic against the Constitutional law year 1945.

Two main reasons behind the decision are, first that Goverment's obligation to set equal education system to all citizen beyond the status, poor or rich. Second, using National laguage, Indonesia in education process.

Since year 2006/2007 Government allow to open International schools with International curicula and English is daily usage in education process.
To run the school in International standard quality, tuition fee much higher then traditional/National schools and only rich segment citizen afford to pay.


International school students

Education ministry allowed for new International schools based on the Law issued in 2003 by Parliament named "National Education system". But after reviewed by Constitutional body, 2003 Law against Republic constitution year1945

Recently 2.047 International schools across the country, from basic school, Junior until Senior high schools. These school will be closed for good and June 2013 is the dead line.

These schools profitable from business point of view with high tuition fee run by Goverment and Private (mostly). Since the beginning these schools got special attention and protest from the public, since only afford by the riches in the cozy buidings and lux cars.

In the other hand, National schools got significant National budget for Education ministry (20%) and set relatively low tuition fee. Constitutional put education as high priority program for the country.

                 International school facilities

This case is as a good momentum to the Government to review National education system to provide higher quality system to its citizen to enter global competition, include comprehensive English language.

Frangky speaking, Indonesian graduates far above International schools especially inMathematic, physic and Biology. Only for English little bit below, but recently Junior and Senior high school students capable to speak and write well. A little polish by practise make them ready to enter International Universities anywhere.

PREVENT MISERY AFTER RETIRED

Every body wish the best welfare after retired period, after spend a long years working to the best of the organization. In the other hand, organization or company saved some funds monthly basis and then as the sources of income after retired come until the end of time.

When we are still young, just entered a company, some under 30 years old, some under 40, we didn't aware what kinds of welfare we will get when we are in senior age.

For a big corporate with modern human resources system, this is not a problem, significant amount of income and facilities well prepared before retired time come. But we have the right to know the amount and what kinds of facilities available.

For a small company or a big corporate with huge labor forces across the country, afford only a small allocation of funds for each employee in retired time, and every one should aware and understand well what is their right.

After realized what value and facilities in the future, every employee should try to find finance companies to arrange some funds when retired time come. Be careful to choose to finance your welfare.

For developing countries such as Indonesia, the retired system far from adequate. After retired, they still working to support the family, since the monthly pay check relatively small. `
In the other hand more senior we are, more fragile our health condition and big parts of our income goes to health costs from relatively small income.

Some seniors depend their welfare to their children, make their children families welfare deteriorated. Or the seniors life tend to suffer enter retired time until they die in misery.

Compare to West countries where retired time is what they dreaming of, had sufficient income to lived with, time to travel around the world. Beside pension funds from the company, Government also provided free or relatively low health costs for elders

That is why while we are young find out how much your income and what facilities you would get in retired time. Then arrange some funds to save for health insurance or pension funds offered by special finance companies

Never intend to write for global viewers consumption in my blog jingga-senja, just for writing exercises daily basis as my hobby and talent. Initially the theme of the topics are tree words, GEL, Growth, Entertaining and Learning.

After 3 years writing until today, September 11, 2012 total topics almost 500, exactly 495 topics and extended outside 3 words GEL, including poems, motivation, travelling, family etc. Since the blog based on Blogger and automatically posted in Google, so the blog read aound the globe. Statisic saw that my writings view in 122 countries.

Unimagined that the viewers average are around 100 a day distributed around the world and the most countries who visited in a week, Sept 4 - 11, 2012 are my country Indonesia 234, Rusia 155, USA 113 , India 65, Australia 19, France 15, Hong Kong 15 and others less then 15.

After read a lots of visitors and viewed across the globe, I start to apply for adsense to earn money from advertizing who will be post in the blog. Waiting for a week to get the approval.

By  writing regularly in my blog jingga senja in English, I dedicated this blog to my nation in order to promote our experiences, cultures, tradition and tourism to the world just like  Indonesian embassy with red and white flag, National flag in front page.

Kita semua tahu bahwa Anggun adalah musisi Indonesia yang namanya paling harum di kancah internasional. Apa saja yang sudah diraih Anggun sebagai musisi lokal yang berhasil go international? Ini daftarnya.

CITI BANK THIEFS

 

For so long Citi Bank, American own reputation never doubted by Indonesian costumers. High officials, big companies had their services in various kind of transactions. The embezzlement of Rp. 17 billions caught up not by the Bank, but by a costumer.

The Bank set a special service for a big costumers or Big companies, called Private Bank or Personal Bank, a special service in a luxurious, convenience room, served by assigned manager. Some of the managers had a long time relationship with the costumers, so they surrendered fully to the managers including sign up the blank forms.

This kind of form legalized a manager to take necessary action including withdraw from costumer's account. For certain amount withdrawal, needed contra sign from a teller head or Branch manager. Since the costumers signed available, no doubt, a superior placed signatures as standard procedures said.. In this case, a costumer didn't careful enough to allowed the manager wrongdoing. Never imagine that this International, Big Bank cheated their own costumers.

The case open up when big costumers find out that the account under Malinda Dee  or Inong supervise unbalance  with company accounting. Some high officials, including Police officials kept it silent, didn't dare to sue  The Bank since the fund source will be questioned in the court later. Total embezzlement surprising every body, Citi Bank management and The Central Bank Rp. 17 billions, equivalent of US.$ 1.9 millions. It took long time this case open up by outsider, a costumers not by the Bank

Base on this case, we should careful, especially save a lots of money, read and ask thoroughly in details all kind of forms to be signed. We have the obligation to check and recheck every single transaction daily basis and later when get a monthly Bank Statement.

In Malinda Dee case, she wouldn't keep silent and will take her superiors to the court as well to proof that she is no alone to cheat. All procedures taken place as manual book said. We didn't sure if her superiors aware of their involvement or they were fully involved.

One other things didn't make sense about the luxurious way of her life, collected a lots of very expensive cars, land titles, precious jewelries and we questioned why police returned 50 things  to her, said nothing to do, not related to the case.

Lets wait what is the end of this comedy.

SYNOPSIS DARI PENERBIT

Pada tahun 1445 Masehi, atas permintaan Bhre Kêrtabumi, Syekh Ibrahim Al-Akbar berlayar dari Champa menuju Jawa, diiringi Sayyid Ali Murtadlo dan tiga belas santrinya. Mengingat pertumbuhan kaum muslim yang pesat di pesisir Jawa, syekh keturunan Samarqand itu didaulat untuk menjadi petinggi agama Islam di Keraton Majapahit. Tetapi jung Syekh Ibrahim diamuk badai hingga terdampar di pantai Kamboja. Mereka ditangkap prajurit-prajurit Kamboja dan dipenjara oleh rajanya. Kabar perihal nasib rombongan Champa itu akhirnya sampai di Jawa. Dipimpin Raden Arya Bangah, tujuh jung tempur Majapahit, lengkap dengan meriam dan manjanik, segera meluncur ke Kamboja untuk membebaskan mereka. Pertempuran sengit pun meletus di Prey Nokor.

Dalam pada itu, Sabda Palon dan Naya Genggong, dua punakawan Bhre Kêrtabumi, melihat dengan mata batinnya bahwa trah Majapahit akan lumpuh. Selama lima ratus tahun awan hitam akan menaungi Nusantara seiring datangnya para pengusung keyakinan baru yang bakal mengakhiri kekuasaan Majapahit. Demi menjaga keutuhan Nusantara, Sabda Palon menasihati Kêrtabumi agar mengambil selir dari Kepulauan Wandhan. HOW to WRITE...WRITERS WERE NOT BORN BUT BUILD

 WRITERS WERE NOT BORN BUT BUILD.

Many friends asking how I had been so productive in writing, especially in this Blog. My only answered was writing regularly, daily basis.

Let me tell some of my personal experiences in writing. The first thing to remember is prepare your soul to be called "a writer". Tell it to your inner soul, not expecting coming from outsiders. If you remind yourself as a writer, easily to put yourself in a habit of writing, seat regularly in front of the monitor, regularly, not once a week or whenever the mood is right. Absolutely write in daily basis, no exception. Hot or rain just return to your desk. How long you spend to write, its a matter of time and will grow longer and longer.

Initially I had written in Indonesia mostly about my experiences, family or job matters as a part of my Biography publish in 2009, including drafting my first poem "Lari dari Bayang Pariban". Then start writing in simple English.
Some of the topics then posted here that start at on June 2009. Slow but sure in the first year the visitors reach 10 a day right after reach 100 topics with 10 categories. Ultimately after 18 months the visitors reach 50 visit average and sometimes 100 visits especially on weekend.

I thinking hard, what actually visitors catches their attention about. Among other things  where the articles so broad and written in simple way , up dated issues and entertaining. That was why, Vera Situmeang, from Palembang, South Sumatra - not met - leaved a special comments and  become a new slogan for me  "GO JINGGA". Thanks Vera

When write a topic, never think of what will be the out come. Just write, like a river flow down to the sea and imagine write 365 days, means you had the full materials for a Book. Read again, you will astonish not to believe it that writing belong to you. We feel better and proud of our being as a writer.
Day by day unconscious become better and better.

Try to write a different kind of sectors will  make it colorful and attractive and a lots of alternatives to selected when click the blog.
You may prefer the time, when the best time in your daily life to sit down and relax at home or outside. Before your hand start to tap the keyboard, turn off cell phone, TV sets, closed the door and focus to finish a topic, 2-3 pages, a chapter or a poem.

Never skip a day without writing, don't ever make an excuse, whenever mood is good or whenever the inspiration come up. Be ready a notes book to jot down every ideas flash to your mind before forgotten.

Off course better off if we read the Books about the sentence structures, technical matters, punctuation, the beginning and the end. But it would follow later. Not necessarily  read a lot of Reference Books but never write something. My recommendation is, start to write, the technical aspects will follow later.

Thanks to my children Monang and Pahala who afford to finance my 6 months vacation last winter 2008. I took opportunity to write daily basis followed a reference's book to guide me in writing daily basis either at public library, at home or at coffee shop inside the book store at La Habra city, South California. Going home to Jakarta I carried a big bag full of Novels and the manual book of writing, that my son had to pay $.100 for overweight bagages.

SINCERE, CLEAN, FAIR JUDGE

Everyday, wake up in the morning have breakfast, drink hot coffee along with hot news. Never a day miss the news or stories about unfair court sentences, scent of bad corruption aroma done by judge, attorney, police and linked with lawyers and politician. Its rare to find the news or stories of sincere, clean, justice law enforcement.

Its normal for the media to bring up the hot, breaking news to attract their readers. Nothing wrong with that. But it is wiser if media never forget to balancing the news with so many stories about law enforcement dedicated their life to fair, clean justice, fair court sentences, sincere judge, pro bono lawyers or simple life police live in the remote areas, compare to rich lawmakers, big account of police high officers, luxurious cars of the lawyers.

Unfair sentences not solely done by a judge, attorney or law enforcement alone but also done by two sides in the court. The side who own more resources, more likely to win the case by persuade the team judge to take their side. They will try hard to find the way, which law will be used to win the battle. It doesn’t mean that the other side keep silent. They also approach the lawmakers as well and let the two sides compete to win the bargaining.

If the two sides keep the court process as it is, clean, fair, a judge, attorney think twice before make any bargaining. They think twice also of their position as a Government officials if one side report their behavior to their superiors. If court settlement process based on what the law said, then a clean, fair sentence, justice could be establish.

Its not only a law theory said but based on my own experiences facing the law enforcement not long time ago, in year 2000.
I had had 2 sentences in 2 different courts (North and Central Jakarta) issued a fair sentences and justice in criminal and business case. First, my opponent went to jail for 18 months and the other one, I had win for Rp.1,2 billions, without paying a dime to law enforcement. Unbelievable.

Here is a story of the business case. In the first level of the court, North Jakarta court, I defended by a well known national lawyer to face my opponent, a big ship line company. Before the sentence issued, my lawyer persuaded me to hand over an envelope to the judge team head, who will retire soon. I said no to my lawyer, since the case is not my fault and the lawyer guarantee my side would win the case.

Our 2 years contract said that the rent agreement in Containers handling couldn’t be cut, unless I made any mistakes in the operation and they will send me tree reprimand letters in advance. So far so good, I had never made any mistake at all and never got any reprimand letter either. Suddenly I got a letter to end the contract after one year period. I try to persuade this big company, offer them settlement outside the court, but they just saw us from the corner of the eyes and they let me take the case to the court instead.

Even its not our fault, the stone head judge win my opponent. The only reason is because I turn them down not willing to hand over the bribery as my lawyer ask me to do so.

Of course we couldn’t accept the unfair sentence and automatically forward our way to the second court level, Jakarta High court. When we meet the senior judge, she assured that our side should be win. The case is so simple that the contract agreement cut by one side. Its against the agreement. “Believe me you would win here in High court”, she said honestly without any indication whatsoever to ask some money beforehand. Then she continue by saying :”If you lose, I would lose my face too to my superiors”, she said that she always kept her good reputation.

We only met the judge once and never promised would offer her a reward after case closed. In the process our side never called to attend any meeting or court hearing in High court. We just wait until one day got a letter inform that we win the case and aborted the low level sentence.

I don’t appreciated my lawyer any longer because we lose the case. We took our files back and went on our own without defend by a lawyer in High court level process. Law allowed us handle our case without any help from a law firm and mean without paying a very high rate cost of the lawyer. A new fresh graduated law student assist me to check if anything wrong in our files.

In the first court level we lose the case because we say no to a bad judge, happened to be a man, who requested for the bribery. On the contrary, in the High court level we knew for sure, met two senior judge, really clean, happened to be women. We win the case pure, fair and justice.

The story don’t end in High court. My opponent couldn’t accept the sentence then hired 3 lawyers and directly forward the case to the next level., Supreme court (Mahkamah Agung). In this court, I kept my position still, would never give any envelope or bribery to the judge. Fortunately in the process, we never met anyone and never know the names of the judge team who handle our case.We never invited to come either

The last thing we proud of is we go forward without any help from a lawyer facing a big company with 3 lawyers. The goddess blindfolded but not blind with her sword ready to stab anyone who done un justice sentences.

Fortunately I had a high self esteem come forward to the court without any help from of the law firm because I had had the basic law in my old job as Bank BRI Branch manager before run my own business after retirement.

To make a story short, we found out later that the judge in the top high level court are clean, justice and fair. We never met them, never promise to give anything, but they issued the same sentences, strengthen High court decision who awarded us Rp.1,2 billions as we claimed and aborted the sentences in of first level court.

The problem happened not in the hand of the judge, but in administration office, waiting for a long time, the administration staffs kept the letter of sentence not send to us. Ironically, we got a copy of the letter from a security in the parking lot who offer his help to get the copy with a token of money. This security business then become a hot issue later in the news.

The bottom line is that in the middle of bad scent aroma of the judge and court environment still found so many clean, justice and fair case settlement. As long as we are in the right position, we may go forward without thinking to bribe, without any help of the law firm. You may ask a fresh graduated law student to recheck your position in your case. Believe me you would avoid the problems and the lots of money as well.

The last but not least is that my beloved country isn’t a lawless country and not in the forest full of wild animals, who had more power lead the jungle. Indonesia is civilized country
