Timor island divided into two parts. West part is ENT (East Nusa Tenggara) province, Indonesia. While in the East part is a new independence country, Timor Leste, long time under Portuguese colony. Before independence, joined Indonesia for 25 years as a province. After referendum under United Nation then preferred to free became a new country.

The people of Timor  island was one ancestor, Melanesian group, dark skin, curling hair  and speak one language called Tetun. Since close interrelation, got married each  other and visit regularly through mouse road without the border signs. So they were, they are, they will be a family even after set up immigration gate at the border in Matoangin.

SLAVERY IN SOUTH EAST ASIA IN FISHING SECTOR

In modern life we may see the slavery in fishing sector especially in remote Aru islands, under Maluku or Moluccas province, Indonesia, located so remote in South of Papua island, undetected by local Government but disclosed by International media coverage.
Then Central Government in Jakarta rush to checked it out directly to the island. After visited the remote island, authorities find out the big ships and abundant fish catching, shelters including jail and the cemetery compound especially for slaves.

The island isolated, far away, no regular mode of public transport to the island but by a special charter plane. Took 12 hours sail from Tual town, capital of Aru islands to Benjina island. That was why authorities in the capital Jakarta has no information of the slavery, human trafficking and illegal fishing. They only knew a legal big foreign fishing company operated in that area since 2017. The company, PT Pusaka Benjina Resources, belong to Thailand. Then the new Minister Mrs. Puji Astuti decided to prohibit the company to operate in Inonesian water.

After through investigation, find out that the company bribed a lots of local authorities related to the fishing. The amount of bribes just a tiny parts compare to the huge amount of fishing stolen annually. Later a local official of fishery affair who on duty to the capital Jakarta, murdered in his hotel by someone, many thought related to illegal fishing in Benjina island. Police now under investigation.

The crew informed that their income paid far below what the promised in Thailand. They promised 9.000 bath equivalent to Rupiah 3.5 million per month, but they got just Rupiah 1,2 million. The rest promised after contract is over. Working hours more then normal, 12 hours a day. Some workers kick or tied up if doing something wrong.

ACEH AUTHORITIES HELPED BANGLADESH AND ROHINGNYA, MYANMAR PEOPLE BOAT

Many Bangladesh people and Moslem Rohingnya tribes descendant of Bangladesh left their home town and trapped in human trafficking. Originally the agent promised to provide jobs in Malaysia or aim to sail to Australia but finally stranded in the sea shortage of foods and water.
Until last week, May 16, 20015 total landed in North Aceh, North Sumatra island reach 1.364 people.

But those countries authorities not welcome and forced them sail away after provided some foods and water. After stranded few days in Malaka strait, they faced shortage of foods and water made some of them dehydrated, staving and fall sick. Then found by Aceh fisherman boat and reported to the authority.

Aceh authorities took the boat to the port in North Aceh, Indonesia gave the foods and shelter in a sport hall, take care of the sick. Even set up a special health post to checked every single person, gave medicine and some hospitalized. As the good Moslem,  Local authorities took care of them as they experienced helped by International countries in when Tsunami hit the region in 2004 ago.

While Bangladesh people were not asylum seekers but job seekers. 252 Bangladesh origin will send back home. Bangladesh ambassador guarantee that they are will send back soon.

In the first place, local Government will transport old, ancient goods full of histories to be placed at the Museum.But Government institution related, Balai Pelestarian Peninggalan Budaya not allowed them to bring the goods along. Violated the law will punish 10 year in prison and penalty Rp, 1,5 billion.

Indonesia knew Malaysia try very hard to hunt down their Country identity and try all the time to copy the art belong to Indonesia then proceeded to get patented.This Museum later could be fabricated to be Malaysian culture. Indonesian government never taken serious care of old ancient goods. If foreigners stolen then got the patent, Government then upset and get mad, but its too late.

Museum belong to local Government of Kerinci district, but build and financed by Malaysian Government. Every body questioning what behind all of this. How Kerinci Government got the necessary permits to open up legal body outside Indonesia, including what things would display inside the Museum..

A replica for instance, didn’t allow to produce the similar design or sculpture. Later its not easy to find out where is the original one and where are the replica. Its funny to know that Interim minister still looking, collecting  the information about the Museum building development and the collection arts to be displayed. Impossible Jambi Governor had not known far before the development of the Museum building. Also our embassy in Kuala Lumpur had well informed.
