PROPERTY INVESTMENT

                            my garden
In order to secure family welfare, many options should be taken to consideration depend on knowledge, skills, life journey, age, also relationship and environment. The more we have wider relationship, the more open up our sight and options.
Some preferred invest in a high tense of shares trading, future trading etc who needed a deep involvement hourly basis, follow the fluctuation in shares prices around the world from New York, London, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore and Jakarta. Even handle by our reputable agents, at least we also spend a lot of time to monitor, take a look of price movement.

For me, Investment in property were the opportunity I was deal with for many years, based on my environment and opportunities in hand. Thanks God, we were blessed so far. The property prices, especially in big cities like Jakarta for instance never goes down, always going up year by year. If comparing to  Bank time deposit interest rate, income from Property may triple or far more.

If  we invest in shares or Bonds, very high return in a very short period of time is possible as well as the big losses. But not in property business, the prices never goes down, at least not loss. Yes,off course, investment in property are less liquid, if we need cash in rush time, we may sell it less, under market price. But Investment in property not for cash flow  or short time Investment purposes but for long term Investment.

At least 10 transactions done in my life in the last 30 years in Jakarta and surrounding cities like Karawaci, Tangerang, Depok, Bekasi, West Java and East Java, start from a small house, to a big house 4 rooms and garage for 4 cars, Villa, apartment and vacant lands.

                          home sweet home
So investment type preference, depend on your knowledge, skills and  relationship. One thing for sure is based on my experiences, that Invest in property in big cities will reap a high return for your family welfare.
