INDONESIAN NIGHT in DAVOS, SWITZERLAND IN WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM

In the middle of World Economic Forum attended by Ministers around the World, Indonesia take advantage to introduce the country by entertain them with Indonesia cultures, dancing, singing, products such as batik, jewelry, spa products, and also served various foods and Indonesian art performances, such as dances and music performances (angklung, violin)

The Indonesian Goverment supported by representatives of the Indonesia in Switzerland, Januari 24, 2013 once again held "Indonesian Night" in Davos, Switzerland.

"Goverment invited 2.800 guests of High officials, International Prime Corporates, International institutions head and News papers of World Economic Forum (WEF) 2013", said Gita Wirjawan, Minister of Trade. The event held to introducing uniqueness of Indonesia cultures to the World.

A lot of Indonesian foods menu also served by the best Chef from Grand Hyatt Hotel Jakarta, Mr.Ragil such as fish with hot saucage, fried shrimp, grilled (chicken, goat, beef), Manado fish soup, yellow rice, spice balado shrimp, Java noodle, Village fried rice, fried chicken, half done egg, vary vegetables, sour sop, roost spicy beef, fried banana, Aceh Gayo coffee. ma

Beside foods, the event perform mixing of traditional and modern dances
such as Garuda Wishnu dance, Saman dance from Aceh, Tifa dance Papua
and Bamboo Angklung Daeng Udjo.

"The first impression I got nervous", said Lea Simanjuntak who sing Indonesia song, Inani Keke and Yamko Rambe Yamko. But after a while the Ministers and guests came forward and sing together. The rigid atmosphere turn to a relax and entetaining. I am not only sing but talk diplomacy to let them know that Indonesia not under develop but a modern country just like them.
